Meet at the Rosamond Public Library at 4:30 PM.
Enter the library and proceed straight towards the back. There is an open area at the back wall with several tables and chairs.

Minutes

We mailed 50 postcards inviting people to the meeing. Two were return because of an incorrect address. This indicates that two people have been registered to vote with an incorrect address. They need to be notified.
That leaves 48 people notified. Of those 48 people, none showed up for the meeting.
Conclusion: The notices were sent about two weeks before the meeting. I presume that everyone either forgot. Or, more probable, my notice did not garner sufficient information. I will try again.
